Quotations fall into three bands. The right one depends on how much of the work you want to do yourself and how much is riding on the result.

What moves the price
Six things that change a quotation

Number of pages and templates
A landing page is one design; a corporate site has four or five page types; a store adds product, category, cart and checkout templates.

Content readiness
Finished text, photos and a logo keep the price at the package figure. Copywriting, photography and branding are quoted separately.

Functionality
Booking systems, member areas, multilingual content, calculators and integrations with other software add scope and are quoted per feature.

Ecommerce complexity
The number of products, variations, payment gateways and shipping rules decides most of a store's cost.

Timeline
A launch that must happen in under two weeks is possible, but it is priced as a rush job.

Domain, hosting and e-mail
A .com or .my domain, hosting and business e-mail are billed yearly at cost, or you keep them with your existing provider.

Pricing questions
Before you ask for a quote
Is RM4,500 the final price for a business website?
It is the starting price for a website with up to eight pages and finished content. Extra pages, custom features or copywriting change the quotation. You will see the final figure before any work starts.
How do payments work?
A deposit confirms the project and the balance is paid on launch, with milestones for larger builds. The terms are written into the quotation.
What do I need to prepare?
Your logo, the text or notes for each page, photos of your business and your WhatsApp number. If you do not have them yet, we plan them together on the first call.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain, hosting account and WordPress site are registered to you. You receive every login on launch day.
How long does a website take?
A landing page takes about two weeks, a business website three to four weeks and an online store five to eight weeks, counted from the day the content is ready.
What happens after launch?
90 days of free support, then the Website Care Plan. Most clients stay on the plan so updates, backups and small changes are handled every month.
Can the site be in Bahasa Malaysia or bilingual?
Yes. Bahasa Malaysia, English and bilingual sites are all built regularly.
Why is a freelance web designer cheaper than an agency?
There is no account manager or office overhead in the price. You deal directly with the person designing and building the site.
